Construction 3-phase methanation

Project description:

Construction of a chemical (containerized) test and pilot plant in accordance with the customer's process and procedure specifications.

Scope of the order: basic and detailed engineering, delivery, assembly and commissioning.

The methanation plant is part of the Energy Lab 2.0 and represents a possible link for the temporary storage of renewable energies in the natural gas network.

The plant is used to convert synthesis gas (using a catalytic process) into a methane-containing product.

Scope Frintec GmbH:

- Installation planning (3D CAD planning)

- Pipe planning and design

- Position, data sheets, lists and specifications

- Construction, delivery and assembly of the entire system

- Commissioning and acceptance

- Flow 50 m³/h
